GENRE BENDER
Modern Pale | 5.6%A special beer brewed for the Alefort beer tent at Boise's Treefort Fest. While the majority of this beer heads out to Idaho festivalgoers, we have a small amount saved for our local accounts. Double dry-hopped and super crisp and bright with Idaho 7, Citra, and Loral Cryo. This Modern Pale checks all the IPA boxes while still being able to have a few without filling up.
MIDNIGHT CANOPY
American Stout | 6.8%A robust American Stout for the cold months ahead. Flaked oats along with an array of specialty malts bring rich notes of chocolate malt, graham cracker, and dark coffee.
TRUE MERIDIAN
IPA | 6.4%True Meridian is an example of the basis of modern West Coast IPA that charts our path. Notably it is a light and clean hop bill and is dry-hopped with the "Holy Trinity" of hops, Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe. Order a pint and find your way.
SHIFTY
English Brown Ale | 5.2%A smooth and rich English Brown Ale utilizing an array of English malts. This is the beer you want to drink on a winter's afternoon or evening...or in our case, after every shift.
EL AMOR OSCURO
Collab Dark Mexican Lager | 5.3%Brewed down in Santa Rosa, CA at our friends, Moonlight Brewing. El Amor Oscuro, which translates to The Dark Love, is a dark, yet refreshing and crushable Mexican-Style lager brewed with barley, water, white corn grits, hops, yeast.
RIGA ROYALE
Baltic Porter | 7.7%This extensively lagered Baltic Porter is dark, rich and malty but still dry and oh so quaffable. Notes of dried dark fruits and a hint of licorice that finishes with a touch of marzipan.
VIETNAMESE LAGER
Adjunct Lager | 5.0%A little known fact is that both our brewers once brewed together in Vietnam so they got together and recreated the local lagers they missed from their time there. While the PNW isn't as hot and humid as Vietnam, this light, crisp and full-flavored lager is still perfect for these upcoming spring days. As you can imagine, this beer is extremely food friendly too. Don't miss out on this special release!
